illegal in the USA because that email has no place on there for people to ask to be removed from their list. I have their ISP number, but I’m wondering what I can do to stop their emails (under my name) from going out in the mail. Are there any laws now that can stop them? And, did they get into my email account or did they bypass it? I ask because most of the time my email seems to be busy and it won’t work properly. Your advice please.

I continue to recieve email from Global Test Market. I have visited their site and attempted to unsubscribe numerous times, however my login information is no longer on record. I have tried responding to them to let them know that I continue to recieve email and have been unable to unsubscribe. A customer svc rep replied to say that they are unable to locate my info in their database. I replied again to let them know that I was aware they are unable to locate my info, but I am somehow still receiving email from them. I asked if it was possible to block my email from their subscriptions. Yet, their emails continue to generate the same repsonses (although they are not automatic and different every time, they generally say the same thing). They say they can’t find my info and that I shouldn’t be recieving email from them. However, I recieve surveys from them daily. I am very unhappy with them and do not want any email/updates from them or any of their affiliates. Please help.

I am starting to do some local marketing in my area of Brandon, FL. I am required to email contacts. Phone numbers are easier to find, how do I get email lists? I need to reach the Human resource department or the decision maker. Any suggestions?

I get almost all my junk mail through yahoo and my yahoo small business web hosting mail. I have 5 email accounts (Gmail, roadrunner also) and none get even 1/100th what yahoo gets

I use to share my email account with my parents, and my mom is into to stock investing. But what i dont understand is that most of the emails are useless spam by random people who want me to invest in a certain stock. My mom doesnt use my email anymore but its like these are self-replicating or something. How do i stop all these random people from emailing me.
