I want to collect email addresses and then (spam) but not spam the addresses with offers that companys would send me .

is this a illigal or are there any rules ?

is this a good idea ?

As we know some people use email collecting softwares (Email harvesters) and bulk mail sending softwares to spam, Most of these softwares are made buy USA based companies.If USA people and government **** SPAM why they allow them to sell and produce the softwares like this? Are their any sign of going to Band bulk mail softwares manufactures In USA future?
