We the people pay for them to exist and there approval rating is terrible. I mean, I understand on trying to keep drugs off the streets, but obviously they aren’t doing a very good job because drug use is just as high as it always was. They block certain drugs from being researched that potentially have medical value, and do absolutley nothing to give back to the local communities. They literally spend billions and the tax payers see nothing from all that money being spent. If you want people to stop using drugs, how about educating them? Spend more money in the right areas and you might actually see some results.

Call in to a local talk show made the claim that Pres. Bush gave Iraq billions of dollars for health care. Any fact to this or did call came from a nutball?
