I own a small business which often takes credit card numbers over the phone as a deposit. We recently had a customer no show, and she contested through her credit card company when we charged her (she claims it wasn’t explained when she gave us her #). The credit card company took her side and said it is policy to allow anyone contesting to get their money back if there is no signature. How can this be? So many hotels and services take card #’s as deposits!

If a large amount of money like 40-50k is brought here from a foreign country, and some wants to use it to buy a house will they be taxes by IRS? I know there is a fee to transfer the money here, but should the IRS tax these money since it will be use for a house purchase.
It’s someone who sold a property there back in may and they have the money in the bank. The paid taxes there.

Specially when you do away with google adsense, can you still eran such money with other systes? CJ and Linkshare are not good places to earn money until your site become more famous. Adbrite pays a less amount. Any suggestions plz

My father sued a company for not paying for products he sold them and won judgment against them. Even though the judge ordered the company to pay my father approximately $20K + interest (~$38K), the company has yet to pay up. What is the process for us to collect money that is rightfully owed to us? Our lawyer told us that we have to get bank account information and then go to the police to freeze the account and get the money that way. That just seems wrong to me. How are we supposed to get that information? Even if we find out, what happens if there isnt enough money in the account? What are our options? There has got to be a way to force them to pay us. Please advise.

I would like to start saving alot of money. I work on saturday mornings as a referee and usually bring home about 30 dollars. I have been doing so for a few months and so far I have saved 120 dollars. I want to make and save more money. can you suggest really good tips on this or possibly a way I can earn some fast cash? I was possibly thinking about buying and reselling products online. What do you think?

what happened to the love of basketball and working hard? I **** that the sport has evolved into greed for money. Im hopefully going to Europe to play pro ball and i love the game so much i dont care how much i get paid. Players used to be better back in the day because they worked hard. Anybody else **** that the game has been evolved around money?
