I have a credit score of 700 and wanting another credit card. I was thinking about citi bank or bank of america. What one should I get? I only have one other credit card from Wumu. I want a credit card that report to the 3 credit bureaus every month. Anyone has either one of these cards, if so, what one did you like and why?

I just turned 18 and I am trying to get my own place but they said I need to have good credit. To have good credit, they said I have to build good credit, but the only way to build good credit is to have good credit. Why is that? I was looking at credit cards and purchases become way more expensive when you buy them a credit card. So why use one? But to build credit you need to use one. Am I mistaken? Could someone explain how a credit card works please?

There are so many people building houses now a days, how do they come up with the money to build a house. I would like to rebuild a house that is 150 years old. The basement gets totally flooded and the wood really is not very good anymore. it has 2 floors, 4 bedrooms upstairs with 1 1/2 bath. I don’t actually know how much square feet it is though. But if I still owe about a 150,000 on this house and it is really not worth selling because I won’t get all that money if I sell that house. the house now is only worth about 98,000, all the rest is the interest. I would like to rebuild the house on the land but how do I come up with the money in the next 15 years?
