Our research has found that only 7% of landlords/property mgrs. in the USA offer tenants the ability to have their rent paid automatically from their bank accounts (like a health club membership or electric bill), since it easier for the renter and landlord, why do so few landlords offer this service?

We know why landlords don’t accept credit cards (they charge 2% - 5% of transaction) but why do so few landlords accept online or automatic payments?

I read a news article in Malaysia. All these while so many Malays who are DG ( Director Generals) in various government departments making easy money with false claims and many having luxury homes, cars and many wifes? And every year the auditor general publish such stories but the Malaysian government cover up under the carpet and wont take actions on these DG’s? Why is it ? Is it because the DG’s are related to Prime Minister? Or ministers?
