I made a payment to a company over the phone. They kept my checking account information and took more money without even asking me first. THEN they sent me a bill for the money that they already took.

Now I’m trying to come up with ways to pay companies over the phone or online without giving them my checking account info.

Is a prepaid VISA card my only option? Is there a fee to use it?
What would happen if I gave someone a VISA prepaid card number, and they tried to take more money without asking me while the card has a zero balance?
I can’t just pay cash for everything. I have to go through specialized pharmacies that are not nearby. They usually expect payments up front before they mail me medicine.

I’m getting horrible drops in runescape from pking, so I started working on drop potential more. Is it true that the more you risk the better the drop is? I’m thinking about risking 50m killing my friend
