Hello, i want to send money using paypal from Canada to South America.
Do i have to pay any fee for sending or receiving the money?
Do i have to pay any fee for currency conversion and how is it? good? bad?
I read something about crossing borders fee…
too many fees im confused :) thanks.

I’ve used PayPal before but their 3% fee seems high. The nice thing is they have no monthly fee. However, I’ve heard they can freeze your account indefinitely for minor issues. What do you recommend and what are the costs?
