I have a huge list of people and their positions in the company they work for. Most of the companies are not-for-profit and the people on the list are generally in executive or leadership positions. My job is to compile a list of their contact information, specifically their email and work phone number. I would like to go above and beyond his expectations of the project. One possibility I have thought of is also inserting a little sentence about how the comapany can benefit from our service. I am new to the company and it is a small stat-up: I would like to make a good impression, but considering the length of the list, I need to consider how I can make it quality work and manage to complete the task in a reasonable amount of time.
