I need a SW program for customers that I regularly email and mail marketing materials to. I’ve been using ACT and I’m hiring someone who is great in many ways but does not know anything about ACT & will have to be trained. If there is something better out there now, I want to get it and she can learn it and train me. Any suggestions?? Thanks.

Hi there

I need new ideas to promote my business (floral design) and reach more customers. I have to be very carefull investing my money so I would like to ask you :
- What kind of promotion you think is more efficient?
- What are the return rates for post cards campaings? Any other tactics would respond better (email blast, etc)? I mean guerilla marketing BUT do you think advertising in a newspaper for a month would work?
- Cold calls?? Would you use that?

It doesn’t have to be your official title. HR people do it quite often, or if you’re a small business owner, would you do an email interview for me? I need it for a paper due Wed. in my marketing class. I will send the questions Tuesday. Nothing too involved, just basic information. Any takers to help a struggling student? Leave me an email address and a blurb about where you work. If you prefer not to post your email address (spammers) just say and I’ll send it to your Yahoo account you post with.

I will be sending out email marketing “brochures” to current customers. I want my customers to be able to fill out a survey and email it back to me. How can I do that? Any help - will be appreciated!

I am trying to send out my first marketing campaign with one of those cool images using a gif file to an email list (of my current customer). I just dont want them to open an attachment I want the image to display on their email message. HELPPPP.
