I have a legit web marketing site. All my email contacts / newletters seem to be caught by SPAM filters. What do I need to include or adjust so that my legit e-mail is not labeled SPAM.

I need to set up an email marketing system for one of my friends and i ve tried many freewares randomly available ont he net…but none of them seem to be working well, or is it just me?? please help! thnx
