I lost a lot of money from a lawyer who misrepresented me and the time to appeal has elapsed. I wanted him to appeal and he refused. I later found out he was arrested for drug use and sells. Also, found out he has NO malpratice insurance and is trying to make me pay his fees he does not deserve and I did NOT sign a contract. This was a divorce case involving a lot of money…. Can someone help me?????
