How can I make a huge fake birthday cake for next to no money that will withstand the wind?

I have a relay for life team and our theme this year is a birthday party. I want to make a really large fake birthday cake to decorate our campsite. We dont want to spend much money because the money needs to go to cancer research etc. I’d like it to be about 6 feet round and about 5 ft tall. Any ideas how to accomplish this?
